Prior to returning your swimsuit please email us your order number, reason for exchange, waist measurement in inches, bust measurement and the item/size you would like to receive in exchange.
Please include a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to call you to provide advice.
For fastest service please use email not the 800 number.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14-DAYS.
ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED, THE PLASTIC SANITARY STRIP MUST BE ATTACHED AND THE SWIMSUIT MUST BE NEATLY FOLDED.
LAUNDERED, WORN OR SOILED SUITS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECIEPT VIA UPS GROUND. IF THE ITEM YOU REQUEST IS OUT OF STOCK A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER STYLE/COLOR.

Exchange Policy:
We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final.
However, we will exchange your swimsuit for a different size of style or provide a store credit within 14-days of receipt of your order. You will not be charged for shipping on the first exchange, however, if you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make your purchase.
International customers will be charged shipping on exchanges.
