Maya strives for total customer satisfaction and we want to help you chose the perfect fit and size for your body type.
If you have never worn a Maya bikini please consult our size chart. If you are uncertain about your size please contact us by email. 90% of all exchanges are for a larger size please take a moment to email us.
Please provide your waist measurement in inches, your bra measurement and the style of Maya bikini you are interested in purchasing. A Maya representative will reply to your email with a size recommendation. If necessary will provide fitting advice by telephone.
The fastest and best way to get specific fitting advice is via email. Our 800 number will go to a voice mailbox and it will take longer to get a response.

We will gladly exchange your swimsuit for another size or style if we have it in stock. If you require more than one exchange or expedited shipping we will charge the shipping charges to the card you used to purchase your swimsuit. We will not charge an additional shipping charge for the first exchange.
Exchange Guidelines:
Prior to returning your swimsuit please email us your order number, reason for exchange, waist measurement in inches, bust measurement and the item/size you would like to receive in exchange. Please include a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to call you to provide advice.

LAUNDERED, WORN OR SOILED SUITS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECIEPT VIA UPS GROUND. IF THE ITEM YOU REQUEST IS OUT OF STOCK A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER STYLE/COLOR.

Exchange Policy:
We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final.
However, we will exchange your swimsuit for a different size of style or provide a store credit within 14-days of receipt of your order. You will not be charged for shipping on the first exchange, however, if you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make your purchase.
International customers will be charged shipping on exchanges.
Maya Swimwear LLC reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who in our opinion make unreasonable and excessive exchange requests. We make every effort to make all of our customers happy however we also strive to avoid the lunatic fringe.
